Pet Memorials
Commemorate your beloved 4-legged companion with a memorial portrait - with or without ashes.
Textured surfaces are characteristic to my work, so the idea of incorporating ashes into these memorial pieces came about naturally. A small amount of your pet’s cremated remains (~1 tsp) is mixed into the paint medium. The result is both a visual and a physical representation. Ashes are handled with care and any excess is returned with the finished piece.
I offer two options:
Painted portrait/likeness with ashes, 8x8”, unframed, $300.
Pebble and sea glass representation, with ashes in the background, 4x4” and up, unframed, from $60.
For both, custom dimensions and framing also available—just ask and I’m happy to provide a quote.
